Aimi returns and exchanges policy has been set up to ensure your satisfaction upon purchasing our goods/products.
If you receive your item(s), and you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the items(s). Item(s) must be in original condition , and placed in a plastic bag to avoid item absorbing any odors.
All postage cost will be borne by you. Kindly mail the item back to us and retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel. Aimi will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Also, kindly take note of the following;
Sale item(s), marked down item(s) and accessories cannot be returned.
Please note that there may be a 0 - 3 cm difference in given measurements. Item(s) that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect.
Also, there may be a variance in the color of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. We try our best to portray all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to color variances might be accepted in subject of our discretion.
We reserve the right to decline returns of articles that do not meet all conditions.
We try our best to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition, by inspecting each piece before mailing. If we do miss a damage or fault, please contact us at email@example.com immediately. We shall get back to you as soon as possible.
· An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you are/is incorrect or damaged. There is strictly no cash refund or colour change.
· If item is out of stock, Aimi will proceed to issue the incorrect/damaged item(s) value in store credit.
· Shipping or delivery charges for mailing item(s) back to us will be reimbursed in terms of store credits.
· All exchanges/returns will be processed and dealt with by Aimi via email only.
· Aimi will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accept any request for exchange.
